New Patreon Page

I've adopted the new Patreon layout, which I think has some advantages.
There are no changes to content or subscriptions.
In the upper-right corner you can see a "Posts" tab, which will show the posts similarly to how it did previously.
As always, the Read Me post is featured (which can finally be pinned for non-patrons). I've also featured the latest video poll, so it doesn't get lost below posts.
Below the classic "Last Post" and "Recent posts" I've featured the "Videos", "Galleries" and "Free Mods" collections. For other collections you can click in the tab at the upper-right corner of the page. I can add a "Collections" shelf, but I didn't like how it looked, mainly because I made a lot of collections.
The page ends with "Popular posts" and "Others" (posts chosen by Patreon).
