Definitive fix for the grey textures issue

Finally there is a proper fix for the grey textures when receiving a fatality/brutality/animality in Mortal Kombat 1. No more grey textures, no more gaps, no more extra files, no more anything. The mods behave like the original costumes.
Mods updated so far:
For Mod Tier patrons: I've updated these ones first because they have the seasonal skins included. I've been doing a lot of tests with great results, but there are so many skins and so many fatalities, animalities and brutalities, so if you could try them and tell me your experiences it would be a great help. Remember to delete the old fix for these characters.
