Captain Samus Update

Following the breakthrough shown here, I've updated Captain Samus mod for MIdnight Suns.
Features:
Compatible with palettes.
Edited Mar-Vellous and Classic palettes to match some iconic suits (see pic above). The icons show these changes.
The other palettes use the original colors.To allow this, the helmet had to be part of the outfit, so instead of a file for the helmet now there are two variations of the costume: Full and No Helmet.
Edited the blueprints to remove the hair without affecting other costumes.
