Raphael Soul Calibur IV updates

My Raphael Soul Calibur IV mods have been updated: Both Replacement and CDLC versions. The update affects the items for both genders.
- Edited default colors. Including the Leather Gloves.
- The file to change the regular Raphael has been remade from scratch. The color 4 crash has been fixed too. Added a file for the CDLC version too.
- CDLC version updated to use new Vodkalibur features.
