Energy Up to Eden updates

The Energy Up to Eden mods have been updates. Now Helena and Kokoro are included:
I used a different method for Helena and Kokoro. These ones don't have the wet issue.
The cost is that Helena lost the shirt knot and shoelaces (items with physics). Kokoro didn't lose anything, as she doesn't have those kind of items.
