That was not good or bad, but last time they made many people mad in Russia. They have equated hentai to child pornography, blocked all torrents, blocked pornohub, and blocked many groups with adult arts in "vkontakte" (russian social media). That generated many sad memes about this organization in russian internet.

There's a russian reviewer Akr and his fans draw many fanart to him, comics and fanfics about his alter-ego, draw rule 63 etc. So this girl is Akr-girl, rule 63 to his alter-ego (drawn by one of his fan), and dark person is his Conscience from early reviews.

Its so much worse with just the passive way in which the female leader just causally insights heavy handed violence. Same shit goes on here in USA!
