New rules for requests

I will receive up to 3 requests per week. Two of them are for subscribers only. Opportunities are once a month per individual. I will work on a weekly basis and the finished version will be uploaded here and on pixiv. Im not taking gif, comic as req. I'll wait a while to see if this works for me.
