Game Update and Mods
Added 2020-08-04 09:54:47 +0000 UTCHi, everyone.
After the most recent update, the portraits of custom characters are now displayed before fights both offline and online. While mods themselves are not visible to other players online, if you take a picture of your character with the mods applied, those mods will still appear in the portrait.
This means that if you play online, the opponent will see the mods on your portrait. In the worst case scenario, this can make your account banned.
There is one way to avoid other players to see the modded portrait.
- Install the mod, create your character and save it.
- Exit the game and uninstall the mod.
- Enter the game again, enter in edit your character and update the portrait.
- Exit the game again and reinstall the mod.
- When you enter the game again you will have the modded character with a portrait showing the original items (how your opponent will see your character in-game).
Maybe this isn't needed at all, but it's better to keep the account safe.
Thank you, and keep yourselfs safe too!

2020-08-05 05:30:49 +0000 UTCThis isn't correct. You only see your own portrait. I've never seen anyone else's, and I don't think they would have that happen, since they know people could mod and put something bad there on purpose.
