Power levels are gone now, yes. There will be more summon magicians in future episodes, as well as a lot of other new types of magicians.

By the way, I trully enjoyed seeing new types of magicians, especially the summoned magician, I hope to see more of them since I always loved seeing your animated creatures fight too! And by the way, is the power level completely gone..?
