The reason for no mpl is that is simply wasn't "invented" this early. At the end of the video: Balthazar- 7, Ava- 9, TFO, - 9. (They will mention their magic levels in the next episode.)

Can't believe I actually sympathize with that at guy now huh.. and now I understand why Ava wants to rule the world, she doesn't have ill intentions, she simply walked a rough path for peace, and I really miss PL and MPL.. Could I tell me what was the Pl and mpl of Ava, Balthazar and The Overseer without the.. Overseer powers.? But great episode!
