You sometimes need unexpected things to happen in a story-driven series. If everything always progresses and happens like it always have, people will get tired of it and complain about how predictable things are. Lolph isn't replaced though, he's just on vacation.π

2022-08-06 16:34:23 +0000 UTCI do have a question though.. why did you replace Lolph? he was going pretty well and he was a fan favorite, I don't really understand the decision behind it.. I mean, he wanted his father alive? well, fair enough, but if you could kill him and revive both souls all along, what was the big deal with him finding a soul stone? I think Lolph's father should have still stayed inside of Lolph for a while longer so that he is brought back in the end of season 3 with the soul stone in that ice cave, if it is there at all, but since Lolph would theoritically be stronger by then, he won't need his father anymore to be The Overseer, but now an overseer just replaced him out of nowhere and many people seem to hate this decision, is there a greater meaning behind all of this?
