1. There's no real difference. A short video is faster to make than a long one though. 2. I don't really think that they have a leader. 3. Depends on how they are performing. If the third one does as bad as the first two, then they are Not worth making. It seems though that the Shorts algorithm is a lot more random than the normal one. Some channels get very lucky with Some of their shorts.
