1. He will have gained things like magic control, curve magic, Lolph's laser like beam, and his ultimate attack. Lolph has MPL 12, so TFO will also have 12, yes. 2. No idea about Gabriel to be honest, probably similar to last time we saw him fight. 3. Yup, that's all he got.

I mean, he has control over all magic and 3 special techniques alright, but if he will lose some habilities of his own, I do think his power would be balanced, but, by habilities, will he also achieve MPL 12? 2: What's Gabriel's Power leve land Magic Power level currently? 3: Did Chaos Magician only get a +1 MPL increase after his final training, or did something else happen?
