Food, money, unlimited lives in The Stickworld. How does it work?

None of this information is necessary to know to follow the story, it's just a bit of extra lore for those who are interested.
Pic 1 explains what is going on in the obstacle course series, and why they just like Kenny in South Park just keep coming back even when they die. Someone from The Stickworld series could with other words appear as a guest in the obstacle course series without any risk for their life(, unless they have already died in the normal dimension of course, which means they are gone forever).
So, Why aren't everyone in The Stickworld just always in Dimension B? Because then nothing would matter. Things need to be able to have serious consequences. Beings need to be able to permanently die for the story to be engaging and interesting to follow.
Pic 2 - We have seen stick figures eat and drink, but now we know that they don't really need to. They do love to eat if/when they can however, as food tastes really nice even for stick figures.
Pic 3 - We still haven't see any money being used in The Stickworld, but be sure that it exists in the background. Some say that Dave got payed a huge amount of money (100 silver coins) to investigate That cave, and that he is using that money to buy tools and materials for his weapon- and equipment development and research... I wonder Who gave him that mission...?
I should perhaps eventually show these pics for everyone in form of community posts on YouTube? I'm going to make a poll now to see if people would be interested in me sometimes switching out a poll for one of these pics.
