Over the course of this year's Free RPG Day event in Milano I had a chance to play Blood Red Blossoms with two of you patrons, Eric Hulfsson and Fabio Succi Cimentini. A couple days ago I played the game again, with two of my friends.
Things have gone pretty smooth: the rules work, the tension is there, and the Fate mechanic does what it is meant to do - specifically, it causes people to hurt themselves now in order to win future conflicts. I also realized some things needed a bit of work (and I'm sure that blind playtests will bring many other issues to my attention; that's what they're for after all). Attached to this post you can find updated versions of the character sheet and game sheet - the lore sheet is currently a work in progress since I have tons of ideas about what to put in there, but I also want to keep it tight and streamlined, removing unnecessary information and focusing on what you will always need when playing BRB.
In fact, if you end up playing Blood Red Blossoms, drop me some feedback. I'm especially interested in three aspects:
I'm eager to know your thoughts and opinions!
