The one in the upper right-hand corner is my favorite, I'm a huge fan of that sort of aesthetic. I'm also digging the lower left hand one and big central one with the four claws and segmented tail.

I also like the one in the middle, to the right, with branching "wings". Always cool to see branching appendages, and it kind of reminds me of an arthropod, an angel and a dragon at the same time!

Actually, thinking more about the matter, it would perhaps be cool to have a trio of angel monsters to evoke the "upper" choirs of angels in Catholic canon: The Seraphim, the Ophanim, and the Cherubim. These could perhaps represent the Seraphim, while you could introduce the other two at a latter date.

"Look, Mr. Bubbles! It's an angel..." I think my favourite might be the one in the upper left corner! Perhaps it should have an extra pair of "wings" to evoke the Seraphim, though.
