Sorry this one is a few days late! I was really down last week (combination politics, family stuff and V-Day blues). Yes, even your favorite hypno lion dad gets the blues and finds it hard to create.
So this one is a bit of an oldie but a goodie with a bit of a furry twist. It's standard guided imagery for becoming more attuned to your own thoughts and feelings and mastering the mental muscle to manipulate moods. Imagine a control room at the center of your mind with toggles and switches for all aspects of your mind and body. The deeper you go on this one, the more benefits you can get from it.
