It reads as different info to what we normally see without being distracting. Do some groups purposefully isolate themselves due to viewing aliens as dangerous? What would stop someone from creating some secret base in the middle of nowhere to create illegal GMHs or something? Is there a police force or is it pretty much the wild west due to the shear vastness of space?
