Wiwiip the Polar Avian
Added 2018-02-14 22:59:59 +0000 UTCPolar avians are quite rare off the avian home planet. For one they're a lot less populous than the skimmer avians, for second they're not from a cultural background eager to leave the comforts of the tundra and fling themselves off into the void.
Wiwiip is a loud, proud exception to most of the rules, though. They hail from a small terraformed bubble of avian punks living apart from the stodgy majority culture, and they work as a community organizer, tailor, and jeweler. Wiwiip is also trans, which is very taboo among skimmer avians-- they're lucky that polars don't have a prominent featherless crest, so all they need to pass and avoid harrassment is dark face makeup.
