Shyam and Talita

Some doodles of my new girl Shyam with Talita! I was interested in exploring the nature of interspecies relationships in RttS, and while thinking about what sorts of people would end up in them I realized my protagonist was a VERY likely candidate. Talita is extremely human-socialized, so in many ways she's more comfortable dating a human than another centaur from a culture she's barely familiar with. I'd also been wanting to a tailed spacer (simian spacer? simian? names are hard) GMH to the lineup, since they are one of the most common species. Thus Shyam was created, because you can never have too many lesbians imo >:)

Related: I'm very excited for some of the new characters and plot stuff I've been piecing together for RttS, it's currently shaping up to be a series of 5 novellas (little paperbacks like manga) and this is 4th book material. Very far future plans of course, but it's all starting to crystallize into an attainable goal!
