Cool Kieran, the préférerions vary widely so in the live my suggestion is to do two 30 minutes classes every second week, maybe Wednesday and Friday? And a 1 hour session every second week, maybe fridays? What do you think of that?

I love your lessons Malin, but I really, really love the brilliant little non yoga episodes that you and your mystery producer (when will she appear?! ?) create together. They are increasingly adventurous and raunchy and great fun! You look like you really enjoy them too and always seem so relaxed doing them. I would say keep your yoga evolving as it is but go as wild as you dare in your non-yoga specials! I think they would be a massive, massive hit with viewers... and who dares, wins! 👍😉♥️😘
