This is what I'm seeing with the playback on my: laptop and PC monitor (4k gaming monitor 165 fps), iPad Pro (gen 1), Samsung 4k smart TV are all pretty much oversaturated and over bright. Playback on my iPhone 8 plus and my old 1080p LG TV are fine, not the greatest but very viewable. On the big 4k TV I tried both through my Xbox and the TV's smart app and both playbacks were the same oversaturated video. It seems like you're still recording in HDR format.
