2020-06-15 07:40:45 +0000 UTCHi J, In these classes I do more advanced yoga than I do on youtube. The most important thing you can do is to listen to your won body. If you have injuries you have to be careful and do all movements slow and to listen to your bodys boundaries. That more than anything else is yoga. If I had you in a classroom i could easily give you advice of how to modify these movements. You can send me a PM describing what blocks you and ill try to give suggestions. My best advice if have injuries though is to find a local teacher that can help you in a classroom.

2020-06-15 07:39:29 +0000 UTCSorry to be critical, but what would otherwise have been a brilliant video is spoiled because the entire video is out of focus. To watch it for an hour actually hurts the eyes. I'm sure that you will appreciate that this is due to the eye muscles working overtime, constantly trying to focus on something that won't come into focus. I do hope this is a one-off.
