Important Info for Patrons

Download Folders

As an extra perk, I've set up a system to give you access to my download folders. Access to these folders REQUIRES a connected Gmail account (see Access Details below). I'm constantly updating content so it also makes it super simple now to download large updates containing lots of files. If you are a new Patron who has just found my content, it can also be a great way to download my content all at once!

NOTE: I will no longer be posting bulk file updates here now that you all have access to the Downloads Folder. Any updated files can be downloaded from there.

How it works:

New Patrons will automatically get added to a Patron Downloads Google Group and/or the Patron Lots Google Group. There is a slight lag so it can take anywhere from 10-30 minutes to be added to the group. Being in these groups will give you permission to view and download content from the Patron Downloads folders. You will be able to download the entire folder, sub-folders, or the individual files themselves.

NOTE: Automations will add and remove people from Google Groups based on your Patreon status so you will only have access to the folders at the other end of these links if you are a current and active Patron.

Finding the Folders:

White and Pink Lotus pledges will have access the Patron Download Files Folder.

Golden Lotus pledges will have access to the Patron Download Lots Folder.

It's really easy to find the most recently updated content by using google drive search and the search options to find files by modified date.

Access Details:

In order to get access to these folders, the email you use here on Patron must be a Gmail or it must be listed as an alternate email to your Gmail account. Follow the instructions under 'Add an alternate email address' section HERE. 

Please follow the instructions in the link above closely. If you add your email as an alternate email, but do not verify it, you will not have access to the folders. If you are not already logged into your gmail account when you try to access the downloads folder, you will be prompted to sign-in to your google account.

I've personally confirmed through 2 different non-gmail emails that the alternate email method works. If you're having issues please review the instructions above or alternatively you can change your Patreon email to your Gmail account.

If you would like to change your email here on Patreon to your Google email instead, you can click your personal icon in the upper right of your screen you can go to 'My Profile Settings' and edit your email there. Please note that some Patrons have had issues with not getting a confirmation email from Patreon and therefore could not change their email.

Discord

Discord roles are now included with Patron pledges on my new server, The Lotus Garden. Keep in mind that you'll need to accept the rules in the 'Welcome' section before you are able to view/participate most channels.

Reporting Issues:

The biggest benefit of Discord for right now is that it's a GREAT place to keep track of issues and bug reports. Please head over and add any issues you're having under the 'Bug Reports' section in it's respective category. If you're not sure which category it goes in, click the link at the top of channel and it will take you to all the downloads that fall under that category.
