Poll - Harvestable Plants

How do you all feel about having leaf color changes for harvestable plants throughout the growing seasons?
I ask because it takes more time to make plants that change colors throughout the seasons. What I've been doing is trying to balance the amount of work I put into the plants by making some plants that have leaves that change color, and others that stay the same throughout their growing season.
I can completely stop making plants with leaf color changes and save a little bit of time but I wonder if it's worth it? I do love how they look in the garden but they can be time consuming, especially if I make the textures from scratch.
With all that in mind I'd like to get an idea of how strongly you all feel about it so it can help me decide how I want to do this moving forward.
I tried to use a ratio in the options below to imagine how much of your garden would be made up of the two options - leaf color change or NO leaf color change.

I appreciate being a part of your design and mod considerations. It appears that changing color throughout the seasons is the most popular, but I also hope that you have time to do it. Mods like Cowplant milking are important to me as well. Thank you for all your creations. I notice leaf color changes, it is a cool addition for sure.

2021-07-12 01:13:38 +0000 UTCI would say a nice 50/50 mix. Not all plants change colors with the seasons so it doesn't seem necessary to put in all that extra work. It's sweet of you to do that at all! I suspect it's a bit complicated.

2021-07-11 01:47:43 +0000 UTCI personally want the leave changing colors because sometimes it’s hard to tell what is in or out of season plant wise if they don’t change. It’s easier to tell if a summer plant is more brown looking in winter and fall.
