Thanks so much K, that's super sweet! The beds needed an additional tag - 65626 - in order to work properly. I did NOT use this tag on frames though, I think it's what was causing an issue when you overlap them on a university lot. All my beds, including the old versions, will be getting an update so keep a look out ;)
