My friends, I am officially open for commissions starting today! You can find all the updated relevant info below. Remember, Tier 2 patrons get a 10-15% discount on all orders. Please read through everything and send me a message!

Don't forget, I'm posting this on all platforms and sites, so exercise patience as I respond to everyone's messages.

Please note: Please note that these lists are not exhaustive, and are subject to change. I am a fetish/erotica artist; please only commission me if you want art that fits into that category.

Commission Process (PLEASE READ!):

So you want to commission some art? Great! First thing you want to do…

1. Contact: Get into contact with me via email at empiricalsmut@gmail.com, or by DeviantArt Note, Instagram DM, or Twitter.
2. Description: Give me as many details as possible, up-front: typed-out descriptions, reference pictures, inspiration, etc. Photo references for poses are highly appreciated, and will make things MUCH easier. If you start adding excess detail to the piece after I have already started, you may be required to pay extra.
3. Confirmation: Not all commission requests are guaranteed to be accepted. Please only make commission requests that are likely to fit within my artistic style, expertise, and general theme.
4. Payment: Once your order is confirmed, I will send you a PayPal invoice, which will require full, up-front payment before work can begin. Please note that if there are other orders before you, I may not start work on your order until I have reached your place in my list.
5. Creation: Once I start work on your piece, current estimated completion time is 2 weeks. I will be sending you regular updates as to the progress on your commission. At each of these stages, your input will be requested, so we can make any potential changes before we move on to the next stage. Please note that if you consistently want me to change details of the piece, this may increase the time to completion, and may incur extra charges if excessive.
6. Completion: In the final stages of the completion of your piece, I will make sure you are happy with what I’ve created, making any last-minute changes. Once you confirm you are happy, I will send you the completed file. All commissions have my patreon link/username incorporated into the image.

Important Comments (MUST-READ):

• MOST IMPORTANT: Everything here is subject to change! Prices, commission types, rules, etc. My commission model is a work in progress, so there will be changes in the future. If you want to commission something from me, please review this Journal Entry beforehand.
• Creation Time: Currently, average completion time from start is 2-3 weeks. I will try to provide a realistic estimate on how long it will take me to complete your commission. Please don't message me repeatedly asking "how's my commission going", unless I really stop communication for a while. Note that the completion time does not include the time up until I actually start your piece, as I may be working on other commissions. All commissions are done in the order in which they were received and paid for.
• Commission Types: For now, the only commission types/options are the ones listed above. Eventually, I may make other types available, such as pencil drawings, and prints. If you want to commission something that is extremely distinct from what I’m offering, consider waiting until I offer it specifically, or ask!
• Regarding Payment: Currently, I am only accepting PayPal as the form of payment for commissions. I only accept full payment up-front! All clients are sent an invoice through PayPal, which they must pay before I start on their commission. DO NOT send money directly to my PayPal account -- you should ONLY pay through the invoice that I send you.
• Prices: My prices are calculated as such to properly reflect the raw hours I put into creating your art, including concept creation, as well as the value of my time, on top of the skill that I’ve developed over the years. Please don’t haggle over prices with me. Over time, prices may be adjusted.
• Pieces with overly-complex details, or pieces that require lots of explaining from the client, and excessive back-and-forth edits, may be reflected by a higher price. Please try to give me all of the info regarding your commission up-front, so I can give you an accurate price, and estimated creation time. Lots of new edits and post-hoc changes during the commission process may incur extra charges.
• Posting your commission in galleries: Customers who pay for and receive a commission from me are fully free to post the art I did for them in their DeviantArt galleries, as long as they give me credit; I will also have my logo/signature incorporated into the piece in some way, to protect myself from possible art theft. I reserve the right to post commissions in my own DA gallery, unless the customer specifically requests that I don't.
• I have the final say: I have done my best to provide here a complete, yet succinct, layout of all details needed for you to confidently commission art from me. However, there may be aspects and details that are not explicitly laid-out here, that I may employ on a case-by-case basis. Most of this can be deduced by common sense, but again, if in doubt, do not hesitate to ask me.

If you request a commission that fits within all boundaries I’ve provided, and you desire to pay full price, but, for example, are a complete asshole, I retain the right to reject your commission.
