Discord and Tier Name Change

Just a quick update; I'm connecting my Patreon page to my new Discord Server. I am still figuring out how to handle everything, but this will be a cool little addition, I think.
Also, you may have noticed that I just changed the name of the standard, only tier I have available for patrons, from Captain to Aficionado, to reflect the artistic theme. Not sure what I think of it, but I'll run with it for now.
