Yeah there are terror cells running around everywhere but they ain't gonna be able to do anything worthwhile like that. The risk is having organized nation states who are one bad regime change away from taking us all into the afterworld. And that fear is real. It is probably the single biggest threat to human life (not nuclear, bio). And in this case the ends seem to justify the means. China, Russia, US, they are not the threats. They want to survive. Everything radical, that kills itself just to kill other, that will be threat and it has to be eliminated at all cost before technology advances too far.

It's a matter of years. They will have it by then. I think this whole compaign is also about that. Hidden behind it all, the total loss of control of radical elements. And they are gonna level this entire region to the point where even if the tech is there, they cant use it or deploy it anymore without getting nuked first. The US has bioweapons, sure, but they have no incentive to use them. Covid was a platform, a carrier, with nothing in it. Think about that. I think the "success" of Covid scared them more than it did the population. I don't think they expected it to be this good.
