Lowering demand and over consumption with layoffs and tariffs, right now the biggest consumer are the rich, average folks are tapped out so tariffs will mostly hurt the high end consumer versus income taxes which they can go around. He’s doing a great job and it’s a masterful plan. Honestly shocked at how well he’s doing I didn’t have much hope

However; if tariffs are offset by lower taxes, it becomes a consumption tax for foreign goods, not domestic goods. It is somewhat similar to the VAT tax, as nobody sees the tax in the price of goods.

Its the pair of them that will destroy the deep state and they know it. Elon has a very specific area of responsibility, but keep quoting fake media. Elon is making the Trump presidency possible at the pace it is taking place by gathering wide support and outrage in the population. Trump couldnt do what he is doing without huge support, he'd be impeached instantly. Democrats have lost all credibility if they even still had any. Its absolutely disgusting what they allowed to happen and even democratic voters are starting to see that now.
