2024-11-19 18:06:16 +0000 UTCMav, I got out of some of my positions to take profits when you were buttoning down the hatches some time ago (I think you sold ccj around 50...i did too) and i played cute and sold puts (turning the wheel) got cooked on ELV...but profitted as I sold most of my healthcare stocks...took profit...and reentered too soon like on AMGN...but only bought 60...when I had 200 before...just playing with how to reduce risk...there is an art of portfolio management...and I am using crayons now...but learning..I have picked up quite a bit by tuning in...but how to DRIVE the whole portfolio management thing...my head is spinning...I am covered up in options...and after the experiences I have had...I may be afraid to leave the house without all my positions wrapped in a collar (with the added insurance you preach about)...so you can see how my watch screens can get messy....

So we need to watch XLE XLF XTN to see if those run outta steam, see if they finally look at yields, and if they do, will they just go back to buying big tech? If so, then game on, too the moon! But, and it's a big butt, NVDA earnings are a potential wildcard.

Now technology is hot rodding that culture...no place for babies...but I guess no one is thinking about cultivating a good environment to raise children...a farmer's daughter here...landed in the chemo chair...from eating corporate processed foods...now eating farmer foods and the only cancer victim out of my bunch still standing....but laws and regulations have put most farmers out of business...once NC was a food mecca...most homes put its abundance in the front yard...with an Maxwell House coffee can...an honor system...3 cantaloupes for a $1 during my teenaged years...when Willie Nelson singing for people to care about farmers..the focus changed to farmers daughters...dating rich sons from up North....extracting from North Carolina the resources they are able to get away with...I guess my gardening videos have now become the record of NC's destruction.....I am only 3 minutes into his show...I am sad for North Carolina...we are being eatten alive...I didn't realize all those promises of "jobs" would be followed by so many bulldozers...ashes to dust they say....
