Now instead of tariffs vs 1 country hes discussing blanket tarriffs against all imported products. If costs go up for imported goods in an environment where goods are produced worldwide, whats the result?

2024-11-11 14:50:57 +0000 UTCI am a landlord and CPA...after Trump...I approached home care vendors telling them "I know those corporate tax breaks put about 30% in their back pockets"...and it did...several guys admitted they got enough money to pay for their family of 3 health insurance of around $30,000 a year premiums...for a small business owner...I was doing bookkeeping/taxes after the economic crash...so you are SPOT ON...the working class often report as Sub S Corporations...a man on hwy 601...owner of a gas station/and other chest beating businesses...looked like he wanted to punch me when I asked him "help me understand how giving the very weatlhy corporations tax breaks so you can get a trickle down is going to help our country?"...obviously I hit a nerve...we are selling out short...I kinda feel like I do the way I invest...I did meetup with a very happy 401k wife...excited how well the economy is...I told her - you know why? AI and war...and you feel good about that? I told her I was a Conscience Objector...and did not participate in those kind of profits...rather I invest in toilet paper...and other "Mad Max" portfolio investments...while sadly observing the "food" (if you can call groceries real food) we buy digress in quality...and oh, I just learned I am buy baby corn peddled via Conagra...so I'm gonna ask around how those men in Chicago have treated American farmers...I'll be at my food stand today...I have done OK with my portfolio...and advanced from covered calls and poorly bought puts (when I got scared)...I am swinging from collars, to covered calls, to puts and learning how each of these critters behave in my portfolio...I think we all could benefit each other if you train us how you set up your trade management...and more eyes watching the same indicators...we might be able to tend to our long portfolio AND take advantage of the in and out market profits. The banks...after watching The Guilded Age documentary and JPMs role in that...and Epstein I just CRINGE at what the stock market tea leaves may be telling me....I HAVE NOT SET UP WATCH SCREENS into those three markets...that may be a game changer for me...I've been wading in the baby pool...thanks for the training on those 3 markets...I have quietly listened to you about a year...I am proud to be a Conscience Investor (which sometimes includes being a conscience objector) and made that work via trade management...and I'm stumbling around..and still doing ok...THANKS FOR ALL YOUR VIDEOS!!!! and honest perspectives....SCREAMMMMMMM why do I have a covered call on BMY...but glad I am in that trade...thanks Mav...I have entered several good trades...along the way.
