They can choose what to print and who to pay, excluding the threats, libel, etc. The responsibility of freedom cuts both ways though. We shouldn't be watching or listening to people we think are being dishonest liars, hucksters, cronies. I understand where the fire comes from, when the government or politicians get involved in these choices. They don't get a say. For most people this is a thought experiment, but you got to live through the dilemma very recently. For my part, I ditched youtube and will stick with Patreon. I dont know if youtube is more incompetent or more dishonest, as you've implied. At least you had a choice in actions Mav, and here we are choosing to listen to you, still.
