Early Look: Darcy Studies 🦋🖤 + plans for the week! ✨

Hello everyone! 🥰

Today I finished these studies of Mr. Darcy, so here’s an early look! These were really fun because I experimented with three different levels of detail; the hands were the quickest/least detailed studies, the full body study is slightly more detailed but still more minimal, and then the portrait is the most detailed ☺️

Full painting process is recorded for you guys and I’m currently editing the video!! So stay tuned for another real-time video this week 🥳

Plans this week:

This week I want to get started on filming a new draw with me video for you! Lately I’ve been wanting to try drawing with the grayscale to color technique again (which I used to do ALL THE TIME), and it’s been so long since I’ve done it! I think it would be really fun to film a video about it 🥰

I’ve also been wanting to draw some environment studies that capture spring vibes since spring is almost here 🌸 I’ve been saving some references this morning and here are a few!
