Early Look: Practicing Male Faces 💗✏️ + tutorial progress! ✨

Happy Thursday everyone! 🥰

Here’s a little sneak-peek of some sketches I’ve been working on to practice drawing male faces, which I rarely do these days! 🙈 Drawing females is definitely more of my comfort zone, but I think it’s good to step outside of that once in a while :)

I caught a bit of a cold and lost my voice for the past two days, so I had to take a little break from filming the tutorial! There’s a lot of talking in this tutorial and I want to sound my best for you guys, so I’m waiting until my voice gets back to normal 😅 Filming is going well though and so far I’ve completed a gesture sketch 🥰

Since the tutorial is going to be a walkthrough-style video, I’ve been chatting & drawing in real time and I’ve just finished showing my process of how I draw the pose and adjust it on the canvas for a good composition! I’m having so much fun filming this way because I get to share little tips that come to mind as I work and show you guys how it’s done! 🥰

I’m already starting to feel recovered from my cold, so I’m hoping to resume filming again tomorrow 😌 Fingers crossed hehe🤞🏼🙈
