Questions from another sort
Added 2024-06-17 14:07:30 +0000 UTCAs some know I'm mentally preparing to stream, but besides that I need to prepare technically.
So my question is aside of Twitch for example (if that is going to be my main platform for streaming) should I and is it necessary to have a Discord? How and do you have some tutorials at hand? Also the maaaain reason I haven't started is cuz my spoken English isn't that good and I often forget things under pressure. :D So should I stream in English?

I say if you feel comfortable running a discord server for your followers and trust someone who has availability to moderate it when you stream. Then go for it. :)

2024-06-20 14:46:31 +0000 UTCLike the others have said, discord is definitely not required for you to stream on Twitch or anywhere else you’d like. It is a useful tool that can be expanded to help grow your fan base and community. With regards to you streaming in English or Bulgarian, do whatever you feel comfortable with at first and once the initial anxiety has gone away then you can explore a primarily English stream. What may also help is to have a friend, who can speak/read English well enough, to moderate the chat on discord and ask you questions/translate for you when needed.
