ABOUT PHYSICAL REWARDS

Last year I did a Christmas tier which had physical rewards and I sent ALL of them to each one that was subscribed. I never missed one BUT there was some unhappy patrons that didn't received the rewards. Yes they came back to me and I tried to contact my patrons here and on email but I didn't heard from them back. So they left a bad review. It's no ones fault but I kindly ask you to check your messages and emails when you're expecting a physical reward and carefully fill in your full addresses; phone numbers; emails (the information is only for me to see) so the gift can arrive to you!
