日本ではガジェット警部のタイトルで放送していたようですね。
資料探しに動画を見たらかなり日本のアニメのニュアンスがあったので調べたら日本のアニメスタジオも参加していたのを知りました。
アレンジがいくらでも出来そうなくらいシンプルなキャラデザインのため
結構迷いましたが、元のデザイン準拠にしました。
From the request course, here is Penny from the 1983 version of Inspector Gadget.
It seems the show was broadcast in Japan under the title Gadget Keibu (Inspector Gadget).
While looking for reference material, I watched some clips and noticed it had a strong Japanese anime feel—turns out a Japanese animation studio was actually involved in its production!
Her character design is so simple that it leaves a lot of room for creative interpretation, so I was a bit torn, but in the end, I went with a design faithful to the original.
