At least they are taking it to a well defended secret location and only the super spy organization knows about it, so it won't get into the hands of some other very evil organization... oh, wait... Although, I'm half expecting this to be an intentional "blunder" on Karma's part, so he can somehow keep an eye on SHIELD/Hydra through that cut off part of himself.
