2019-09-21 10:39:08 +0000 UTCAs for Missy, Lee considers her to be a child and thus it wouldn't be reasonable or right to ask her to make the commitment that joining the PD entails. Making sure that she can defend herself and use her powers effectively, however, is just common decency and something he'd do for her (since she seems like a good kid) with no expectation of reciprocal assistance.
