To summarize, it’s an okay genre overall, it’s closer to pop than metal. As someone who listens to many different genres, nu metal is something that would never make it into my personal playlists. But if I were at a festival and a nu metal band was playing, I’d enjoy it, sing along if I knew the songs, and that would be it.
