Tutorial.

(Algunas de las piezas de mi armadura de Escorpion, Andromeda y Cisne fueron hechas de esta manera)

Esta es un tutorial para armadura/piezas de armadura / accesorios con un material llamado goma eva o Faomi gruesoJ, es una manera de hacer estas piezas de una forma no tan cara.

Lo utilizo en algunas partes de mis armaduras donde necesito que sea un poco mas flexible la pieza o algunos accesorios.

Materiales:

Foami grueso/goma eva en placa

Silicón

Tijeras

Periódico

Pintura automotriz

Pistola de calor

Aerógrafo o pincel cerda suave-tiner.

Pintura acrilica

TUTORIAL:

1- Primero diseñé las piezas observando el personaje y adecuándolo proporcionalmente a mi persona, primero trabajando en papel periódico una especie de patrón para que en caso de fallar no se desperdicie el material a trabajar.

2- Una vez la pieza a gusto se pasa al material y se trabaja con calor (Plancha de ropa o secadora de cabello), agregando el calor poco a poco para no arruinar la pieza y con la mano moldeando hasta obtener la forma deseada.

3- Con silicón se unen las piezas con cuidado de que no quede excedente del material.

4- Para adherir las piezas al cuerpo utilicé velcro, el cual es muy resistente y también elásticos.

5- Una vez lista la pieza y el ensamblaje procedí a pintar a mano (antes unas capas de Resistol pueden ayudar a que la pieza sea más fuerte dependiendo de su función), para sellar el poro del material utilicé pintura acrílica, varias capas (mínimo 3) harán que la superficie quede lisa.

Una vez seco, se aplica la pintura automotriz con aerógrafo o un pincel de cerda muy suave con mucho tiner para no dejar las cerdas del pincel marcadas.

Dejar secar más o menos  7 horas.

This is a tutorial for armor / pieces of armor / accessories with a material called eva  faom,  it is a way to make these pieces in a not so expensive way.

Airbrush or soft-tiner bristle brush.

TUTORIAL:

1- First I designed the pieces observing the personage and adapting it proportionally to my person, first working in periodic paper a kind of pattern so that in case of failure, the material to be worked is not wasted.

2- Once the piece to taste is passed to the material and worked with heat (clothes iron or hair dryer), adding heat slowly so as not to ruin the piece and with the hand molding until obtaining the desired shape.

3- With silicone, the parts are carefully joined so that there is no surplus of the material.

4- To attach the pieces to the body I used "velcro", which is very resistant and also elastic.

5- Once the piece and assembly were ready, I proceeded to paint by hand (previously some layers of Resistol can help make the piece stronger depending on its function), to seal the pore of the material I used acrylic paint, several layers 3) will make the surface smooth.

6.- Once dry, apply the automotive paint with airbrush or a very soft bristle brush with a lot of tiner so as not to leave the bristles of the brush marked.

Leave to dry for about 7 hours.
