I had a little fan-fiction story in mind while painting it... 100 thousand years ago once there appeared giant black dragons. Legends tell they come from a different world beyond boundaries of our reality. Keepers of balance, a dragon race from unknown time and space. Many millenniums later they still linger our Earth... something like that ^_^
