Rum's Rambles! 3/1 - Feeling better, audio updates, slight change to posting schedule

There will be another Patreon Exclusive on Friday as well, so you guys will be getting two this week! And then moving forward I will release one every other Friday, rather than just the first and third Friday's of the Month like I had been doing previously. I just thought it would be better to have them release more consistently
