I forgot which episode it was, but it was when they were all locked up in the jail cell with Sasha’s family. Armin said that the Colossal Titan can’t do any precise partial transformations. The most we’ve seen possible was when Bertholdt only half-transformed on the wall, and that blew everyone in the vicinity away.

2025-09-29 00:25:14 +0000 UTCI think Armin could have transformed, if he did it like Eren/Berthold have done it in the past with a partial transformation. Eren when he picked up the spoon, Berthold when he was revealed to be a Titan. All Armin needed was one finger to flick them away.

2025-09-25 14:06:09 +0000 UTCDaz and Samuel were part of the training corps with eren and the gang, daz was the one ymir saved in the snowstorm during training and samuel was the one sasha saved by shooting her odm gear through his leg as he was falling from the colossal titan's transformation when they were on top of the wall in like ep 5 or so. They were very minor characters so it's easy to forget them but they are quite significant to armin and connie
