The Man in Black has infiltrated the Galactic Patrol Prison Ship being flown by Merus and Baby, all the open communications with the five of Universe 7's dangerous prisoners- Moro and Vidro among them.
Stopping time, the Man in Black assumes the guise of another demon from another world, and strikes a deal with the prisoners in exchange for freeing them. He wants them to conquer Earth for him.
