Love & Sex: Third Base game play poll

As some of you may know we are working on a 3D remake/reboot of Love & Sex, in fact we have been working on it for over two years.
You should start seeing more meaty updates soonish ^^
Anyway, i wanted to ask you a pretty easy question about the life sim game play in Love and sex... Do you think for Third Base we need to make it simpler, more in depth or keep it the same?

personally I'm always happy for more sim bits, but scope creep can be a real killer. I think that if there is going to be anything "deeper" added, it should focus on the relationship side. Dating for example. In the current system you just do a couple actions, answer some questions correctly and bam, date over. Maybe a system where doing things they really like or talking with them can deepen your relationships, giving access to more options when interacting with them, more information about them, or even unlocks. For example low levels, they might tell you what date activities they like, higher levels they'll tell you about their cycle and how many kids they want. Different levels could unlock things like clothes, sex positions or some sort of gameplay bonus perhaps

2025-10-09 06:42:14 +0000 UTCI don't think most of the life sim elements really add anything to the game as is, because in practice they are almost automatic, such as hygiene and fun, or something that is really just a matter of minimal management. The stats are similarly flawed as they are only a factor if you aren't playing in new game plus or with cheats. They are fine as they are, because if they were made more in depth they would only serve as a bigger barrier to progressing the content that everyone comes to the game for, the titular love and sex.
