February weekly update 3 and Steam page

First a small but important news, we now have a Steam developer page (I am ashamed to say we did not have one before) so feel free to come and follow us there too :)

And without more delays here is the last weekly before the monthly with new Kat stuff again but also a new date location and some improvements for Minami and Morgan ^^
