NEW SKLX KOIKATSU SHADER TYPES

Up to 4 styles in total(EEVEE):
+Standard 2D
/Original version of the 2D shader!
+Shadow Detail 2D
/New version of the 2D shader using now dynamics midpoint shadows!
+Black & White 2D
/Black and white version xD
+Standard 3D
/3D version of the shader used for Cycles now on Eevee!
And Standard support for Cycles.
It include also new shaders for clothes and better support for glass objects!
