Comparing sizes (and Emma 2 Outline)

I'm almost done with the opening scene, which picks up right where the last chapter left off. After that, things get a bit more interesting.
So this is my basic outline:
Emma ventures out and tries to get them to serve her, BUT
The crowd just runs away, SO
She chases them down and stomps some of them out of frustration, AND
She decides that she needs to establish dominance, SO
She goes to the police HQ and tells them to work for her, or else, SO
They set apart a few blocks of the city, and give it to her, along with everyone there, AND
Emma has some fun with the now obedient locals, BUT
Some other stuff gets in her way...
Emma as a character is very single-minded. She doesn't care about destruction, or revenge. She just wants everyone to serve her, and she's pretty ruthless about what she wants.

Loving this story so far, is there any chance Emma might unknowingly have the ability to shrink herself? That could be a great plot thread later on if Ingrid starts to plot revenge on Emma at all, maybe she tricks her into it? Idk just so many ways this story could go love the great work and concept 👏
